The mission of Crayons2Calculators – The Durham Teacher Warehouse Corporation (C2C) is to serve the educational and creative needs of students in the Durham Public Schools by providing free school supplies to classroom teachers.

 

Through our storefront warehouse and special giveaway events, C2C directs supplies straight to Durham teachers. We operate a warehouse in downtown Durham that opens for supply giveaway events. Teachers are invited and come to “shop” for supplies. We have held five events for 134 teachers from eight elementary schools in Durham. In this way, C2C advocates for strong public schools and makes teachers feel appreciated by showing visible public support.

 

By providing the tools for learning and making teachers feel appreciated, C2C gives Durham students the opportunity for a better future.
